You just got caught out
Dana returned Artie’s multiple phone calls and kept on saying that he “got caught”. Apparently Artie tried to convince her that nothing was going to happen, etc… but it wasn’t working. Howard and Artie tried to do their damage control routine on the show this morning but it is so fake. Do they really think someone is going to buy “its just a bit on the show” line. It makes you wonder how many times Howard used that on his ex while he was feeling up breasts.
Artie brought this on himself. It’s one thing if it was all on the radio but its another when there is an itinerary set up by a CBS exec about when and where your gonna get a blowjob.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’ve been thinking the same thing regarding the “it’s a bit on the show” deal. It’s becoming insulting to the listeners. If you would’ve asked Howard, AFTER setting up the three strippers and BEFORE knowing Dana was in the picture, I highly doubt he would’ve called it a “bit for the show”.

Yup. Its always that bullshit line. Its been used a lot of times and you are spot on, starts getting insulting. So does this pose the question: Is Howard losing touch with the listeners?

Whatever. Artie don’t you see that if you have to constantly apologize for what you do then its not worth being with Dana.
Single Artie = do what you want when you want.
Artie w/Dana = stop having fun without Dana and when you do you have to apologize for it. (it makes me sick to my stomach to even write it)
Artie, grow a pair and stop apologizing for your life and live it up.

Maybe he thought Dana would be listening, and buy the line that it was a bit for the air. haha. Someone playing clean up for Artie again maybe? He has used it a lot though. I don’t think he is losing touch, but he sounds like he scrambles sometimes I think. There’s a reason she got that Email, they just aren’t meant to be together, and they should stop trying.

Just like when Howard tried to say that he thought that Eve chick was sincerely into fat guys and had a thing for Artie. He KNEW it would piss Artie off and get things going, and it would all be on the air.

Yea… ya know, I love the Stern show.. I wouldn’t have been able to get through mornings for the past 10 or 12 years without it … but with that being said - they really are pure evil.
