Artie is way too modest—Howard dies tomorrow and our little baby gorilla would be able to pick up the slack in a flash—the Sirius/XM merger would go through too:)
The show would also be less FAGGY!!!
Hate to agree with the O&A-holes, but Stern has finally jumped the shark…good thing Artie keeps things rolling along though.

He mentioned this OCD stuff a long time ago when Howard would mention his… I used to think he was just like jumping on the “I have problems bandwagon” but i guess not. It is a funny contradiction… Have to make sure the credit cards and security passes are laid out the night before,, but dont give a shit about his appearance / gambling / drugs… LOL

I’ve been listening to O&A and Imus for the past three weeks because my car antenna is broken. O&A suck so bad Imus is more entertaining to listen to. What happened to these guys? they used to be really funny. They seemed to have taken up Jim Norton’s voice inflection. Which makes their speech is so affected and annoying. Not to mention the content. Talk about suckage an hour on why birds suck for two days in a row? At least with Sirius when Stern touches on something I don’t care about or bores me I can put on some music without static, interference, 20 min of bullshit commercials and banter from a pussy.
I’ll say this, at one point when O&A where on evenings I thought they where BETTER then Howard. For whatever reason they are the ones who have “jumped the shark”. I could go on and on point after point of the lameness of the bits on that “show”. It’s fucking garbage.

Omg Artie’s heart, no antenna still? I hear ya with the voice inflection, it’s why I cant listen to Mutt or Bubba. But Ferrall I have no problem with, go figure lol!

Every so often I have to switch cars with my wife and I don’t get to listen to stern on my to work and back. My commute only takes about 25 minutes. By the time I get to work I want to kill myself from listening to terrestrial radio.

Now that Imus is on 960 AM .. I wake up to his voice every morning because I listen to that channel when I go to sleep. ugh..

I have the Stern show on when I go to sleep, because as I’m getting ready for bed, it’s usually a part I missed. And since the online streaming stops every hour and a half, I’m seriously considering getting another home/car unit, where the head unit pops out of both. That was the best. Waking up to it. Now I have to get out of bed to click “Are you still listening” Sucks, lol.

Since everyone is giving up their stories here…I finally asked for Sirius radio from my Stern-hating family last X-mas…and they came through big time. They knew I had been a fan since forever. I got a receiver, boombox and 1-year subscription. It’s amazing, I’m hooked and I would freak out if I missed a day.

i was in Sacramento when Stern’s contract ran out and the station used to call themselves Howard some-number…instead of playing “Best of” till the end of the year they immediately went Jackshit…so had to order Sirius right away!!!
