Artie is out again
It’s becoming a regular thing and every one on the show has their concerns about it. Artie called in and told Jason this morning he wouldn’t be coming in.
Poor George. He thinks it may be because of him and the whole PSA with the Human Rights Campaign. Gary said 3 out of the 4 first day appearances by George Takei is met with Artie Lange not being here. George explained how there has been a difficult communication between the Lange camp and the HRC concerning the script for the PSA. George also brought up that much like the Crumbs cupcake money might, the HRC might not take Artie’s tainted money if he loses his bet with the F word.
Robin said she had an issue with Artie this weekend when they had plans to go to the Rolling Stones show and he called up on the day and said he had a family function.
Howard who usually gives Artie the benefit of the doubt expressed his concern as well thinking something is going on. I’m not sure he was thinking drugs but definitely that something could be wrong.
Sit Down
Howard said he hasn’t sit down and talked to Artie about it yet. He said he doesn’t like to lay down the law with people he works with. He said it’s only a 4 day work week and should be here.

He really has pissed on it for too long. You could tell Howard was getting aggravated too. First time or two, it was Artie being Artie, and that’s how he is, that’s his part of the show etc etc. Now he’s blatantly disrespecting the show and everyone on it, and their contributions to it. Artie makes it about Artie. Selfish.

He didn’t go to the Stones concert with Robin and Jim(pretty sure Robin said her and Jim, I could be wrong) because he would have felt like the 3rd wheel. He’s too depressed to go anywhere with a couple. WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Welcome to the real world Artie.
Let’s just hope he isn’t at home overdosing.

he fucking skips days when he only has a 4 day work-week. he sleeps through the show half of the time, and he’s too busy piling shit into his mouth the talk the other half.
i think its hilarious all of the jerkoffs in the audience love this guy as much as they do when he spits in their faces every chance he gets.
if you can’t show the show enough respect to fucking show up on 4 days a week on some kind of a consistent basis, quit and go eat yourself to death.
