Howard needs to stop dancing around the problem and give Artie an ultimatum: long-term in-patient rehab (3+ months), plus out-patient program follow-up. Let him do the show after the in-patient rehab. I'm sick and tired of listening to everyone on the show trying to solve Artie's problems by throwing darts at the symptoms of his addiction. It's sick. Google Subutex for crying out loud. It's a fucking NARCOTIC. Stop kidding yourselves and stop enabling Artie to his deathbed. At the very least, be honest about the real problem of Artie's drug addiction and I'll have an easier time stomaching the show.
