It seems like dope, but he’s taking Subutex. Can’t get high when you’re on that, and he takes it all the time. I hear Subutex gets you a little high, and maybe that also causes nodding off.

This poor fat bastard is obviously in trouble. Don’t be fooled “again”, nodding out and passing out by a KNOWN HEROIN addict are clear signs that he is using yet again.
