Looks like Artie went to a bar already. He was meeting a girl there. Artie said that he didn’t have a drink, just ordered a coke. You better stay clean big guy!
yah at first you here Artie tell the story about being in a bar over the weekend, and you think, “why is everyone giving him shit, it’s just to meet a friend”. And then you remember its Artie were talking about….
Artie was so on today when Jeff “The Drunk” called in today. Best comment had to be, “I know this is someone elses funeral, but can someone give me some money!!!” LOL
Yeah but I think Dana is still in love with Artie… remember she came to his place before he left with the USO? And now that he’s seeing a therapist… who knows?!
Can’t be any worse than the Skanky Ho’s he’s hanging with lately… at least she’s a school teacher! For the love of God - he was doing heroine with two girls at his party at the shore house that Robin went to… “in the shower”, remember?
He’s sounding GREAT… hopefully his self destructive personality doesn’t take over - at leat until the end of the contract, eh? And i think Danan would be a good thing - that’s why they’re not together - she wasn’t putting up with his b.s. and wanted him to do the right thing and get himself together. I think he needs to dry up and find a good woman and have kids. That would set his arse straight…HOPEFULLY!!!
I just think that if him and dana started fighting,, its gonna bring up all the all hurtful feelings and that would be a set back, because it will bring back emotions prior to rehab… and lets not forget Dana wanted him to go to therapy to stay in the relationship … If artie was with a new girl, post -rehab.. then if things went sour, it is seperate in a way to his therapy and hopefully he could continue…
The difference is… The topic of therapy attached to Dana has specific emotions attached to it, a history. The topic of therapy with a new girl has no attachments.
gotcha still i think artie is self aware now that he let the good one go and hes reconciling with himself by doing what he should have done 4 years ago. its sad though that drugs led him to realizing that.
