I dont like the animated artie, it doesnt look funny!
First off, good job on finishing it. The style of the cartoon looks really good.
The gags in the lyrics of the song would have been a little more fun to see rather than animated Yucko singing. It felt like a lot of funny images were ‘off screen’ and would have been better served if they were shown. A lot of funny images are brought to mind by Yucko’s clever song, would have been nice to show them.
A better layout would be some nasty, bent, badly decorated Christmas Tree and Artie lounging in a chair, half asleep, drugs and booze bottles strewn around, woman (dana) crying in her hands in background. Yucko could be like a smaller angel buzzing around singing the song while you get to see the stuff like artie snorting chocolate cocaine, watching his ass pop out of his pants as it gets fatter, Dana running out the door as Artie shrugs and kisses his bottle of Jack…etc.
you are entitled to your opinion but what do you expect for 7 hours of work from start to finish. I had a number of ideas that would have worked better but hey, I am one guy, with 1 lap top and only a couple of HOURS to execute this.

i think it was great, but I agree the Artie could’ve been funnier. It didn’t make it less enjoyable–I liked it!

Wow sounds like some sour grapes caused someone to get into the blogging scene. The ihateartie site is full of misinformation and personal views. Seems strange such hate directed at Artie.
