Nonsense like this is (one reason) why people just download the shows instead.
Of course, you could see all this coming — the moment they began talking about the app on air I thought to myself there had to be a licensing issue involved at some point.
A couple years ago, I used to unplug my receiver and transport it to work, to car, to home and you know what happened? The jacks on the side of the unit shit the bed from all the unplugging. And then I needed buy another unit and subscription.
There was a comment on another blog that brought up a good point. Sirius could have bought the program from the company. Here you have a product that has already been built and tested but they just throw it away. Very short-sighted. Oh wait, they aren’t short-sighted, thats right, because they want to raise our prices another $5 a month and make you buy a $300 stilletto that sucks.

Last year I bought one of those lower end Stilettos. It sucks. On the more expensive stilettos, there is some good features. But the one that only pickups up a satellite signal, its crap. You can’t get a signal.

The cafepress one? I did make a cafepress site for SBG a while back, I will have to dig it out if I can find the time. Actually, I have been looking at other solutions for tshirt makers. Not necessarily for SBG, but in general.

Come to think of it, awhile ago I had thought of bumper stickers and such. But then I didn’t want Artie to think I was trying to make money off of him. Obviously I couldn’t really use his name really.
There was a guy who created a picture of Artie and sent it to me last year. It was awesome. It would have made a great T-Shirt. I tried to get through to Teddy about maybe having this kid make some product for Artie but I never heard back

Roadhoad makes all sorts of custom materials like shirts, bumper stickers… They made me the shirt as a favor. It’s not a cafepress site. You can’t buy a SGB shirt through them.
