- Howard has settled on a phone: Blackberry Bold. Artie uses the Curve.
- Artie hasn’t used subutex in about 5/6 days. Hasn’t been off subutex in 4 years. Completely drug free. Started exercising this weekend. Took ground balls for 2 hours and played basketball. He has normal blood pressure.
- Artie lost $2,500 on the first college basketball game on Saturday. (Artie said it would probably take him losing $25,000 to get him worried on a bet). He bet $10,000 on North Carolina. He is up $7,500 total.

I just heard that again, Fee Fi and he came back from break and I didn’t hear any “good news”. He went direct to his Dad. Anyone else hear the “good news” I was in and out all day.

I have to laugh at Howard interacting with his dad. Howard kept saying, “Do you think…..” before asking him about various topics, and I was waiting for him to say, “Do you think…. the United States should remain in the UN?” I presume everyone is a big enough and long term enough fan to get the reference. Too effin’ funny. If they would play some Jackie Martling chortles during the news, it would feel like 1998 all over again.
I haven’t had a lot of time on my hands this week-I’ve missed most everything. I read the Gawker accompany piece cuz it caught my eye and got sucked into reading the comments and found it amusing that people actually would think that Stern even reads any of that crap (like I did) and that they were certain that Janks did it-proves that they don’t listen anymore.
Anywho-sounds like our chubby monkey is trying to prolong his existence! This is good news! Show me the funny!
