Originally scheduled for tomorrow, Artie’s pretrial conference is now set for September 9th. Artie’s attorney, Michael A. Grasso, has received the toxicology results of the urine test and also the requested discovery of police statements made at the time of the accident.

Larry Sellers is right. Now we have to wait at least a week before we hear Howards lame Ted Kennedy impression. He should take that Megaphone and shove it up his ass, and as far as Artie goes he WILL test positive for some type of drug we all know that so lets just get it over so we can hear his lame excuse and he can laugh his way through another lie.

I want to believe the best about Artie. I was just involved in a court case where I was completely innocent. Lawyers always seek to delay and make sure they have as much information as possible before they go to court.
