Artie due in court on Sept. 30

According to the App.com, Artie is set to appear in court on Wednesday, September 30th. Apparently, we didn’t hear anything immediately following September 9th because only his lawyer met with the municipal prosecutor for a pretrial conference.

The suspense continues…

    Artie was high, if the test came back clean the charges would have been dropped by now.
