Yeah, Alpharaider, Howard has things all messed up. He runs way too much and eats way too little. He fears getting fat again but if he ate more and focused on lifting weights, he’d look a lot better and wouldn’t get fat.

Regarding Howard’s anorexic look, nobody likes a bone but a dog…..he’s tryin’ way too hard to get a look he’s not built for. He always says he gets woozy from not eating-that’s why he can’t build muscle! You have to feed muscle to build it. His “three sensible meals a day” regimene isn’t compatible with his attempts at growing a six-pack. He’s starting to look like an Auschwitz inmate.
