My father passed away on Christmas Eve. We just returned from the South today preparing to bury my Dad.
If you are curious, I haven’t gone on any heroin/alcohol/gambling binges.

Matt, I’ve been having internet trouble since before Christmas and am just reading this now. Losing my father was one of the worst things to ever happen to me. Some day it will not hurt as much. May you be left with wonderful memories.
I’m so sorry to hear about your Dad. My Grandfather died on 12/17. Its never easy when when someone you are close to dies, especially during the holidays. I hope you and your family are doing well, despite the loss.
