On today’s Laughing with the Stars hosted by celebrity superfan, Jillian Barberie Reynolds, ex-Eagle Don Felder performed Hotel California with vocal accompaniment by Fred and Artie. At the end of the song, Artie proclaimed it was his favorite musical moment ever. The performance took place on 7-17-2008 when Don stopped by to promote his book.
Jillian personally selected this segment for today’s show, as the Eagles is her favorite band and she loves Artie.
i am no Eagles fan, but I remember that was a great interview and i bought Don’s book last year, and it’s in my stack of books to read…..it was nice to hear Artie’s voice and how good he sounded…..i do miss the big lug on the show…..
Yes, hearing Artie’s voice on these “best of”s makes me miss him even more:-( Wonder how he is doing.
Yeah. I wonder when Artie will come back. I have a feeling he will not return at all. The Howard Stern Show may be too much for him to handle. Sad.
